Sadly, not all houses are built & designed equally.
Occasionally we may need to be quote in person, especially larger
We are usually able to quote WITHOUT having to visit you in person
We use GoogleMaps / InstantStreetview / Apple iMaps & RightMove Completed Houses sales to view images of your property
As we have over 500+ monthly clients, ALL work is optimised & payments are processed/scheduled via PC & our cleaner planner app
email is always our preferred means of contact instead of a phone call, as we are normally out working 8.00-5.00 without access to our PC, cleaner planner app, online banking, Direct Debit software

As we have built and grown to over 500 + recurring monthly clients, some rounds are now at full capacity and we cannot accommodate/accept new jobs
Q. Why are bi-monthly cleans dearer when its for the same job ?
A. Bi-Monthly cleans are charged at a slightly higher rate because of the extra dirt built up in that extra month.
Extra work, extra time & extra effort involved to clean, however you will find opting for a bi-monthly clean works out cheaper £ overall over a year, rather than a monthly clean
Example :
3 bed semi @ £13 per clean x12 monthly = £156 per year total
Done bi-monthly @ £16 per clean, x6 cleans = £96 per year total

- If you have added a front porch, have velux windows in roof, extensions, kitchen roof lanterns this will add a little to the prices above
- Conservatory
Cleaning of a conservatory is
notincluded in price list above, it is an extra add-on is dependant on size of conservatory
- Everything " below the gutter level " cleaned on conservatory, window panes, frames & sills cleaned each visit
As conservatory's come in many different shapes and sizes, its best I view the conservatory in person or feel free to email through a few images of the conservatory for a quote
A conservatory clean on a monthly basis adds £5 to £10 to the price of a window clean above, depending on size
*CLEANING OF CONSERVATORY ROOF IS NOT INCLUDED*
The cleaning of a conservatory roof, gutters, finials is a separate job and not included as part of a 'standard' monthly conservatory clean.
An annual clean of conservatory roof is normally sufficient for most folk
- I need to see the conservatory in person to price, as window size/number of panes/time taken needs to be considered
- Cleaning of the conservatory "roof" is priced PER roof panel, at £10 PER panel. Tot up the number of roof panels you have, to know your price
- You can choose to have the conservatory cleaned monthly, bi-monthly along with your windows, or on an "as & when" required basis
- A " top to bottom " full conservatory external valet start at £100
- Top to bottom - snow foam & algae removal chemical spray down
- Cleaning of all conservatory finials/decoratives
- Cleaning of all conservatory roof panels & UPVC joints
- Cleaning of all conservatory guttering
- Visual check of conservatory guttering for debris/plants/leaves
- Clearing of conservatory guttering debris if found from visual check
- Cleans of all conservatory base frames
- Cleaning of all conservatory base glass
- Cleaning of all conservatory base sills
- Cleaning of conservatory doors
- All expansion joints between sills and frames brushed & flushed out of debris & spiders nests
- Where possible all scuff/staining/paints specks/rust spots & marks removed from UPVC
- All cleaned & rinsed down using pure water
- A full conservatory valet will usually take around 2 hours to complete
- (Full external conservatory valets are only possible with full, good all round access to all sides & all roof panels)
